PCC's 911 emergency service uses the building and office number associated with the physical phone that "911" is dialed from to locate a caller on campus. When a phone is moved to a new location, the building/room number it has been associated with does not automatically update. The purpose of this audit is to verify that the building/office number (e.g. LL-149) associated with your phone is up-to-date and to provide you with a means to update that information.
